  • Replies within two working days, Monday to Friday

The service covers advice, reviewing options and planning. Website changes, software setup, campaign management and detailed technical investigations are quoted separately. I’ll let you know before a question needs more time than your allowance covers.

Do I need a Digizu website?

No. You can book whoever built your website, or before you have one. We’ll work with the context and tools you already have.

Will you make changes for me?

These sessions cover advice, reviewing options and planning. Website changes, software setup, campaign management and detailed investigations can be quoted separately.

Can we cover websites and marketing in one call?

Yes, where they relate to the same decision. We’ll agree one main priority beforehand and cover related questions where time allows. You can use the hour for website advice, a digital marketing consultation or choosing business tools.

What if I’m unsure whether you can help?

Send a few lines explaining the question. I’ll confirm whether it fits before you book, including whether it needs a deeper review or a different specialist.

I’m already a Digizu client. Is this extra?

Support included in your existing agreement continues as usual. On Hand is available if you want additional advice beyond that scope.

How does the monthly allowance work?

Your monthly plan includes a 45-minute call and up to 45 minutes for reviewing questions, checking information and replying between calls. Replies are within two working days, Monday to Friday. Unused time doesn’t roll over, and you can cancel before your next renewal.
